I have been a fourth grade teacher here at Richardson Elementary School since 2006. Prior to teaching here I taught fourth grade in St. Paul for seven years. I have also: owned a flower shop, loved being a stay-at-home-dad, spent years heavily involved in community-theater. My long standing love for writing has driven me to pursue an MFA in creative writing. I currently hold an undergraduate degree in theatre arts, a Masters degree in elementary education, and a Masters degree in creative writing. I greatly enjoy sharing all of my skills and interests with the students.

Fourth grade is a wonderful year of growth for children, both in academics and social skills. I am very excited to be a part of your child’s life at this particular time.
